Care for the Caregivers
Mind-Body Skills for Behavioral Health Providers

8-Week Group | Tuesday mornings, 8:30-10:30am, beginning April 7th

$225 (reduced rate, supported by Houston Galveston Institute)

Please join me for an 8-week group to manage the stress and secondary trauma that you may be experiencing as you provide support to clients during this difficult time.  I will be offering the mind-body skills from an evidence-based model developed by the Center for Mind-Body Medicine (CMBM).

As a therapist for more than 30 years, I have to say this is a new challenge for me, and I know for most of us.  Transitioning to working online, working from home, and having many of the same concerns and anxieties that our client's do right now, makes self-care even more important than before.  Join me to give yourself the time, space and skills to take care of yourself, so you can be your best for your loved ones and your clients as we weather this storm together

Facilitator: Susan B. Levin, Ph.D., LMFT-Supervisor, LPC-Supervisor is Executive Director & Faculty at HGI Counseling and Faculty member of the Center for Mind-Body Medicine
