Mind-Body Skills Group for Educators

3 Weeks, 6 Sessions| Wednesday evenings 6:00-8:00pm and Saturday mornings 9:00-11:00am

Begins April 1

With so much uncertainty in the world, mind body skills are proven strategies to help reduce anxiety and increase calm and clarity.  We will meet in a small group via Zoom meeting and follow a format of intentional breathing, checking in with each other, a brief informational talk about the science behind these skills, and an activity applying what we have learned.  These skills are portable beyond this group and can be used to calm the mind and body for ourselves in our daily lives.
