The Institute for Spirituality and Health’s FaithHealth Network Collaborates with Public Health Partners to Host Free Pop-Up Vaccine Clinics on Sunday, Dec. 4, Sunday, Dec. 18

Who:
Through its FaithHealth Network, The Institute for Spirituality and Health is
partnering with Greater Houston Area faith communities to raise awareness,
foster dialogue, address challenges, and provide FREE pop-up vaccine sites.
The Institute values the support of the Houston Health Department, Windsor
Village Church Family, the Luke Church, and the Hope Clinic who are making
these free clinics possible. These clinics are staffed by Houston Public Health
and the Hope Clinic medical personnel as well as volunteers.
What:
The Institute and the FaithHealth Network Vaccine Initiative organizers will host
two free vaccine clinics in December. “Pop Up” mobile clinics will be used to
administer Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines for adults and children ages
5 and older as well as flu shots -- free of charge. Health insurance is not
required. Pre-registration is not required. Walk ins are welcome Adults who
receive vaccinations will receive a $25 Visa gift card while supplies last.
